These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cyril private marketplace during its current pre-launch phase. By accessing the marketplace you agree to these terms.

Illustrative listings during pre-launch

Schemes, opportunities, metrics, organisations and activity displayed on the marketplace during pre-launch are illustrative and used for demonstration purposes only. They are not offers of real estate, financial instruments or contractual opportunities.

No guarantee of opportunity availability

Cyril does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or completeness of any opportunity, listing or counterparty information presented on the marketplace. Users must complete their own due diligence before progressing any opportunity.

Participation subject to review

Housing Partner access is invitation-reviewed. Cyril reserves the right to grant, decline, suspend or revoke access at its sole discretion to maintain qualified participation across the marketplace.

No unauthorised scheme submissions

Users may only list schemes or opportunities for which they hold the necessary authority and rights. Unauthorised submissions, misrepresentation of opportunities or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal.

Authority to list

By submitting a scheme, you warrant that you have the legal authority to list the opportunity and to share the information provided with qualified counterparties via the marketplace.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cyril is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on illustrative content or from interactions facilitated through the marketplace during the pre-launch phase.
